You can easily return unused items in original packaging within 7 days of delivery of your purchase.
The benefits under this Returns Policy are in addition to other rights and remedies you may have as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) as well as any other applicable acts.
- Please visit Your Profile and select the order you would like items to be returned from.
- We will contact you and request to fill out the returns form and package the product with the original invoice. Cards, stickers or other tags may not be removed.

- If a refund is granted, Your account will be credited with our online voucher to the value of your return. Please allow 7 working days from the day your return is processed for your account to be credited.
