Returns Policy

You can easily return unused items in original packaging within 7 days of delivery of your purchase.

The benefits under this Returns Policy are in addition to other rights and remedies you may have as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) as well as any other applicable acts.

  1. Please visit Your Profile and select the order you would like items to be returned from.
  2. We will contact you and request to fill out the returns form and package the product with the original invoice. Cards, stickers or other tags may not be removed.
  3. LindiM reserves the express right to determine whether a returned product is deemed resalable and returned in its original condition.
  4. If a refund is granted, Your account will be credited with our online voucher to the value of your return. Please allow 7 working days from the day your return is processed for your account to be credited.
  5. No exchanges will be allowed

Delays in returns processing may be experienced during busy sale or promotional periods, due to higher volumes.

The online store cannot process returns or exchanges for items that have been purchased in store, kindly return your item in person in such cases.
